Southwest Family Law was founded by Arizona attorney Alyssa Oubre with one mission: to provide compassionate, strategic, and results-driven representation for individuals and families navigating life’s most difficult legal challenges.
With years of experience representing clients in complex family law matters throughout Arizona, Alyssa built her reputation on strong advocacy, clear communication, and a deep commitment to helping clients move forward with confidence. Her practice focuses on family law matters including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, paternity, modifications, and related family disputes.
Alyssa earned her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, where she graduated with honors, after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Bellevue University. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for both her legal skill and dedication to client service, including multiple “Top 10 Under 40” honors from the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, "Top 30" honors from the Matrimonial and Family Trial Lawyers, and named a 2026 "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers.
